(LDXH) On August 14th, at the headquarters of Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha had a discussion about employment services and human resource consultancy with Mr.Franscoi Lancon, Manpower Group Chairman of the Europe, Asia and the Middle East regions.
Attending the meeting, there were representatives of some departments and units under the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha appreciated Manpower's cooperation through 4 signed Memorandums of Understanding since 2008. Looking back after more than 10 years of cooperation, the two sides have achieved trusted partnerships. Manpower is a multinational corporation with long-term experience in the field of employment services and human resource consulting. The Group has accompanied MOLISA in a number of activities, such as Research, consultation and training to build and improve labor market information; Developing employment service models to connect vocational education institutions and employees with enterprises; Training necessary soft skills and vocational guidance for students and students to meet the requirements of the labor market; Participating in the APEC 2017 activities on women and the digital era, conducting a number of studies linked to employment trends for women …
Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha wished the Chairman and the delegation of Manpower Group have a successful business trip in Vietnam
She also said that in 2018, the Government of Vietnam had a Decision approving the Scheme to support disabled children to access protection, caring and education services in the community; Caring scheme for the comprehensive development of children in the first years of life in the family and community in the period of 2018 – 2025. In 2019, another Decision approved the project of mobilizing social resources to support children in extremely difficult communes in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the period of 2019 – 2025 ... Hopefully, Manpower Group will continue to accumulate more diversified cooperation activities with specialized units of MOLISA in areas that both sides are interested in; especially in strengthening community activities for children and people with disabilities (employment for people with disabilities) in Vietnam; promoting community activities for children such as building libraries, giving gifts and scholarships to poor children.

Appreciating the warm welcome of Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha, Mr. Franscoi Lancon replied that Manpower Group currently had had soft skills support programs, vocational training for disadvantaged people in society such as women, children and ethnic minorities to create opportunities for them to work; The special point is that, instead of taking several years for apprenticeship and vocational training, workers will only take a few weeks to have basic skills to be able to have a suitable job. In the future, the Group will also develop some other projects and programs to create more opportunities to find jobs for workers in industrial zones ...
