Minister Dao Ngoc Dung received the General Director of Samsung Vietnam

(LĐXH)- On the afternoon of January 15, Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) Dao Ngoc Dung received and worked with Mr. Choi Joo Ho, General Director of Samsung Vietnam.
At the event, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the contribution of Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. to the economic growth of Vietnam, especially places where Samsung are located as Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City.
The Minister thanked Samsung Group for its many years of working closely with the General Department of Vocational Education (MoLISA) in assisting Vietnamese students to participate in the World and ASEAN Skills Competition.
The Minister suggested Samsung to take the leading role in training and retraining the workforce, improving the quality of Vietnam's labour force.
The Minister was delighted that despite the many difficulties caused by the Covid-19 epidemic, Samsung Group has still maintained jobs for workers with stable growth.
“The Group has specific scientific solutions in preventing and fighting against epidemics and employees have jobs with stable income for life. This is a great achievement of the Group”, emphasized the Minister.
The Minister suggested that Samsung continues to invest and do long-term and stable business in Vietnam, especially contributing to making Vietnam become a global manufacturing base of Samsung Group; developing supporting industries and training high-quality human resources for Vietnam.
He affirmed that Vietnam will continue to support and create all conditions for Korean corporations and businesses, including Samsung to do business successfully in Vietnam.
At the meeting, Samsung Vietnam General Director Choi Joo Ho thanked Minister Dao Ngoc Dung for his warmly meeting. He also thanked Vietnam’s support for Samsung over the years.
He expected to continue receiving the attention and support from Government, Ministries, branches and localities of Vietnam./.
