The 12^th National Party Congress was solemnly held from 20 - 02/28/2016 in Hanoi. After 8 days with hard working and democratic spirit, the Congress came to many successful decisions on important issues and strategic vision of the National Party. At the openning speech of the Congress, Minister of MOLISA, Mr. Dao Ngoc Dung said that each staff, party members should firmly grasp the core issue of taking into account of the 12^th National Congress Resolution, put learning thoroughly resolutions become political activity, which changed cognitive thinking and fundamentally altered the implementation of political tasks. After studying Resolution of Party, each official and participant must write a brief report, but the important thing is that they have to express their thoughts, suggestions, attitudes seriously about how to apply the Resolution to political tasks assigned.

Conveying the main contents and important point in the 12^th National Congress Resolution, Mr. Mai Van Ninh, Deputy Head of the Standing Central Committee Propaganda Department emphasized that the Party Congress adopted Resolution and other important documents to valuate ideological orientation, deely direct all activities of the Party, the State, the people and the army in the coming years. The 12^th Party Congress also agreed the key issues that the group is evaluating the past and future goals; the major orientations for socio-economic development of society; national defense - security and foreign affairs; promoting the strength of the entire nation, socialist democracy; building work, reorganizing the Party; the key tasks in the near future.

At the meeting Deputy Minister, Party Secretary of MOLISA Dao Hong Lan has introduced the basic content of the 12^th General Assembly Resolution of Bloc Party. The 12th Congress Party general objectives during 2015-2020 term are building party organizations strongly and united; promoting the role of pioneer, role model and improving the work of cadres, Party members; striving to complete the task of the politics of the central offices. Bloc Party set the target group and three objectives, which were leading the implementation of political tasks; Party-building work; modal innovation leadership of the Party committees, Party organizations.

Four breakthrough steps were defined as promoting the role of pioneers and good examples of Party members; improving the quality of expenditure; innovating operations and ideological work in the public relations agencies in the State; improveing the efficiency of coordination between the committees, the heads of agencies and units in the implementation of political tasks and in the work of Party building.

Next, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Director of the Center development support labor relations presented topic "TPP, the tasks set for the Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs".

Also at the conference, there was a ceremony to announce and awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Party of the central offices for 2 teams and 7 members.
