Speaking at the ceremony this morning, Deputy Minister Nguyen Trong Dam emphasized that National Action program includes many contents, objective and the biggest difficulties now of disabled people community is the chance to access with technology, public transport, especially for people with disabilities in musculoskeletal system. He also appreciated the initiative of the Ministry, organizations and unions in support for people with disabilities. In recent years, organizations and individuals mobilized thousands of wheelchairs for disabled people, helped them to go to school or look for work. The Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs will continue to implement policies of social protection, take care of life for those sponsors, including people with disabilities; promote activities related to disabled people to help them integrate into the community soon. 

On behalf of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Deputy Minister Nguyen Trong Dam also thanks to the collective leadership of  Kym Viet  Joint Stock Company, the unit has many activities, noble gesture of joining hands to care for people with disabilities.

Mr. Nguyen Sy Cuong, Deputy Head of the Foreign Relations Committee, Member of Parliament reported his achievement in helping disabled people in Ninh Thuan province.

Ninh Thuan is a poor province, socio-economic conditions has faced with many difficulties. Natural disasters, drought in many years made people suffer in hard living conditions , especially people with disabilities. During the tenure of the previous National Assembly, Mr. Nguyen Sy Cuong, Deputy Head of the Foreign Relations Committee, Member of Parliament mobilized for nearly a thousand bikes, built dozens of houses of gratitude, including the houses built by his own money to support people in Ninh Thuan province through difficult circumstances. Especially during the voters in the last drought, he has mobilized over 20 thousand water cans to support local farmers. His action was very practical jobs and thoughtful to the people there.

Mr. Tran Dinh Cuong, Director of Kym Viet company shared his expectation to contribute more to community, specially disabled people.

Kym Viet Company representatives said the company was founded by three athletes with disabilities, they have created jobs for 15 disable people recently. In the course of operations, the Company always contributed to the community. Supported fund for the disabled wheelchair was taken from part of the profits of the enterprise. In the future, the company expects to receive the attention of the departments from Government to support people with disabilities, help them to integrate deeply with the community, especially the problem of employment.
